Stamperia's webshop is only available for professionals. Distributors can register from all over the world, please make sure to provide your tax number in case you are a reseller from the European Union, failing which your registration will be rejected.

Payment

New clients: payment can be done by bank transfer in euro or in US dollar upon receipt of the Proforma invoice. Prices are ex-works and payment is in advance. The minimum first order is 500 EUR or 500 USD, further orders can be less but should reach 300 EUR or 300 USD.

Shipping can be arranged by Stamperia or by the clients. Stamperia Logistics is located in Hungary, the address of the warehouse is:

Guarantee

1. The vendor warrants that the goods supplied are free from design, material and manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the time of delivery.

2. If a complaint is found to be justified under the warranty of the vendor, the vendor can only be held to his choice to either supply the missing goods, to replace the goods relating to the complaint or, on return of the goods to which the complaint relates, to reimburse the purchaser.

3. If the defect of the product can be attributed to a third party, then the vendor is entitled to transfer the warranty claim against the relevant supplier to the purchaser. In that case the vendor may first be held responsible if the purchaser has validated the claim against the relevant supplier.

4. The guarantee is not valid in case of improper use or if the damage is caused by the Buyer.

Returns

Directive 2010/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the European Council and the provisions of the Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II.26.) regulates the detailed rules for contracts between Buyer and Seller. The Buyer can return the ordered products within 14 days from the receipt without any reasoning. In the absence of this information, the buyer is entitled to return the purchased product for one year.

1. The time limit for using the right of return shall expire 14 days after the date on which the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier indicated by the User receives the product.
2. The time of reception is the date when the Buyer receives the products from the carrier for home delivery. This can be proved with an invoice or with the delivery document issued by the courier company.
3. The undamaged products can be returned at the Buyer’s cost to the Stamperia’s office (Stamperia International Kft., Városligeti fasor 47-49., 1071 Budapest, Hungary) and the price of the products will be refunded within 14 days. The cost of the returning is paid by the Buyer and Stamperia does not assume the related charges.
4. Stamperia does not accept packages with cash on delivery method.
5. In case of damaged/used products returned by the Buyer, Stamperia is not obliged to accept them and does not assume any related costs.

In the below cases the return of the products is not accepted:

1. Stamperia does not accept those returned products which are expired after the delivery date.
2. Stamperia does not accept damaged/used products returned by the Buyer.
